Russia will establish a simplified visa regime with India, Syria and four other states

Russia plans to introduce a simplified visa regime with six countries - India, Syria, Indonesia, the Philippines, Angola and Vietnam, reports TASS with reference to information provided by State Secretary - Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Yevgeny Ivanov.

In addition, work is underway to prepare intergovernmental agreements to establish a visa-free regime with such countries as Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahamas, Barbados, Haiti, Zambia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago.
