On August 11, a needlework lesson dedicated to the International Day of the Caspian Sea will be held in the building of the Department of Education, Science and Culture of the Russian Embassy in Turkmenistan.
Participants will master the production of the "Beauty of the Underwater World" panel using mixed media: acrylic paints, texture paste and gold leaf decor.

International Day of the Caspian Sea is celebrated on August 12, the day of the adoption of the Framework Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Caspian Sea (Tehran). The day was established in 2006 at the initiative of the Caspian countries: Turkmenistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Iran and Azerbaijan.
