School Bazaars, Mobile Outlets Open in Turkmenistan

Hundreds of school bazaars and mobile outlets of Turkmenistan's Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations began serving customers in preparation for the 2022-2023 academic year.

The special school bazaars open annually in August and last until early September, the country’s official media reported on Wednesday.

The school bazaars are dominated by products of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen State Publishing Service and Turkmen businesses. The stores mainly sell green dresses and white shirts, tahya (turkmen national skullcaps), school bags, notebooks, diaries and other school supplies.

Reportedly, the school supplies produced by the country's businesses are not only of high quality, but also of affordable price, attracting the attention of consumers.
