President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov appointed Kerimberdi Gurbanov Aydogdyyev as the acting Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations during an online Cabinet meeting on Friday, as reported by the state news program Watan habarlary.
Previously, Aydogdyyev served as the Deputy Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations.
Begench Hojagulyyevich Gochmollayev was dismissed from his position as Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan due to significant shortcomings in his work.
The government meeting also addressed several issues related to state matters.
