Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the new elected President of Brazil on his victory in the elections

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations to the Mr. Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on the occasion of his victory in the Presidential election of the Federative Republic of Brazil, reported on today’s issue of the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the head of Turkmenistan expressed wishes of the strong health, happiness and success in responsible state activities to Mr. Luiz Inacio da Silva and the people of Brazil peace, progress and prosperity.

Let us remind that ex-president of Brazil, representing the Worker’s Party, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva won the second round of the presidential election which was held on October 30, 2022. He got 50,87% of the vote. His rival the current head of the state Jair Bolsonaro received the support of 49,13% of voters.

As it is known, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva was the President of Brazil in 2003-2011 and was very popular.
