Today, Ashgabat hosted the opening of the complex of the International Association “Turkmen Alabay” and the opening ceremonies of the quarantine center in the Ahal velayat, as well as in the Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap, Mary velayats and Ashgabat - centers of the Turkmen Alabay were held via teleconference.
In a solemn atmosphere, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, head of the International Association of Ahalteke Horse Breeding and the International Association “Turkmen Alabay” Serdar Berdimuhamedov cut the traditional ribbon, opening a profile facility.
It should be noted that these days the complex of the International Association “Turkmen Alabay” was registered by the international organization “Alberk QA Academy” as an institution that implements and complies with the quality management system and the environmental management system in accordance with the compliance standard, and was also awarded ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 for dog breeding.
The object was built in one of the picturesque corners of the Kopetdag foothills, as the local landscape is optimal for these purposes. Its construction was carried out by the private enterprise “Myradym”, which was the general contractor.
On the territory of the complex, an administrative building, a building for personnel have been erected, a place for rest of employees has been arranged.
There are also two utility rooms for Alabay and kennels for 20 seats each, utility rooms for feeding dogs, a building for a veterinary service unit and an isolation room. Naturally, all the necessary sanitation measures are observed in the enclosures.
In addition, a special area with spectator stands for 1000 seats has been built for walking dogs, as well as for demonstration events.It is adjoined by a training ground separated by a fence for more serious loads - this is an obstacle course designed for training animals.
There are garages for vehicles, including specialized ones for transporting dogs, technical and other auxiliary facilities.
The tasks of the complex include ensuring the safety and comfortable keeping of animals, preventing escaping or getting them injured, observing the veterinarian and providing veterinary care if necessary, organizing timely meals, walking in the fresh air, observing sanitary and hygienic standards during keeping.
The territory adjacent to the new building has been landscaped, green zones have been created.
On the way to the main building of the complex of the International Association “Turkmen Alabay” the participants of the ceremony got acquainted with the exhibition of works of artists and sculptors organized here. After seeing the colorful expositions, the audience proceeded to the place of the festive ceremony.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov addressed the participants of the celebration with a welcoming speech.
As the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized, the profile objects that open today on the day of the National Holiday of the Turkmen Horse and the Holiday of the Turkmen Alabay testify to the attention paid at the state level to the national heritage - the Turkmen Alabay.
In this context, the confidence was expressed that the opening of new facilities will create ample opportunities for breeding and increasing the number of these dogs, preserving the purebred breed, holding exhibitions and competitions among Turkmen Alabay in the country and abroad.
Congratulating those present on today's events, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of all the country's dog breeders, expressed gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan for the conditions created to increase the worldwide fame of the Alabays.
Then a teleconference was held, which brought together the participants in the opening of the quarantine center in the Ahal velayat, as well as the centers of the Turkmen alabay in Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap, Mary velayats and in the city of Ashgabat.
The relay race of direct inclusions allowed us to look into different parts of the country and see how the celebrations are held there on the occasion of the commissioning of new facilities.
Ahal velayat was the first to join the teleconference: congratulations on the current events are followed by the opening ceremony of the quarantine center of the Turkmen Alabay.
Its territory is divided into a number of functional zones, where a complex of corresponding objects is located. The quarantine center, built in Ahal velayat, meets all the requirements for facilities of this kind. Optimal conditions have been created here for the maintenance and effective veterinary service of Alabays.
Then, one by one, Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap, Mary velayats and the city of Ashgabat, where the centers of the Turkmen alabay, equipped with innovative equipment, were opened for video communication.
The total area of each new building is one hectare, which houses an exhibition area, a tribune, an administrative room for staff, household blocks for dogs, buildings for puppies from 2 to 6 months old and keeping pregnant females, a kennel and a building for washing dogs, veterinary and isolation services and etc.
Here, all the requirements for the breeding of Alabays, as well as for a fruitful work of breeders and livestock specialists, veterinarians and other specialists, are taken into account.
A parking lot, a canteen and other facilities are provided on the territory of the centers.During the construction work, modern building materials were used, which are distinguished by high performance and environmental friendliness.
Expressing gratitude to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for his boundless love and paternal care for the Turkmen alabay, the participants of the ceremonies wished the head of state good health, longevity and new successes in his work as head of state, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
