On November 4, 2020, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held regular session of the State Security Councilб the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
Outcomes of work carried out by military and law enforcement agencies for ten months of the year have been discussed, future plans for improvement of their activity have been outlined and matters of further strengthening of equipment and facility base have been reviewed at the session.
First, Defence Ministers B.Gundogdiyev has reported on the situation in the structures under his supervision, measures for solution of current objectives given by the Leader of the Nation, which were undertaken in January October, as well as on autumn military recruiting campaign and fulfilment of the provisions of the Order of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces on discharge of military personnel who serve mandatory military service from the Armed Forces, other forces and military agencies.
Further, Minister of Interior M.Chakiyev has reported on practical measures undertaken for the period under review, which were aimed at prevention of crime and support of public order in the country.
The report on work carried out for provision of fire safety and improvement of activity of traffic control service for prevention of road traffic accidents has also been presented.
Having listened to the report, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country highlighted the importance of control of compliance with law and order.Coordinated road traffic in the capital and regions has to be under permanent attention, the President of Turkmenistan ordered.
Head of the State Border Guard Service Sh.Durdiyev has reported on the results of activity for ten months of the year for provision of reliable protection of sacred borders of the Motherland, fulfilment of assignments of the Head of Turkmenistan on technical provision of frontier outposts and further improvement of combat training of border guard personnel.
Chairman of the Supreme Court G.Halliyev has reported on the progress of legal reform initiated by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, outcomes of activity in January October, work for provision of the supremacy of law during review of cases and court appeals, improvement of qualification of the court personnel.
Prosecutor General B.Atdayev has reported on the outcomes of inspection of compliance with law as well as on multi-faceted work carried out from the beginning of the year for prevention of crimes.
Minister of National Security G.Annayev has reported on fulfilment of orders given by the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country earlier and practical measures for support of stability, law and order in Turkmenistan undertaken in January October 2020.
Chairman of the State Migration Service B.Ovezov has reported on the situation in the divisions under his supervision, fulfilment of the assignments given by the Leader of the Nation for improvement of work methods and study of the world practice in this field.
Further, Chairman of the State Customs Service M.Hudaykuliyev has reported on activity of his authority for the period under review, measures for enhancement of work efficiency by application of modern equipment, digital systems and introduction of advanced practice.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Secretary of the State Security Council Ch.Amanov has made a report on the outcomes of work of security forces for ten months of the year, practical measures for implementation of fundamental changes in his sphere initiated by the Head of the State.
Summing up the reports of the members of the State Security Council, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has addressed specific instructions to each of the members.During the session, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country has signed the Order on Appointment and Termination of Judges of Courts of Turkmenistan and award of qualification ranks to the judges as well as the Resolution on Appointment of A.
