Sign language interpreter eclipses Rihanna during Super Bowl performance

Rihanna's spectacular performance at the final game of the National Football League season in American football is talking about the whole world. However, according to Tengri Lifestyle, sign language interpreter Justina Miles became the main star of the evening.

A deaf performer in sign language showed how to move to Rihanna's songs. 20 years old Miles danced so confidently in front of the camera that she could easily step on stage with the American pop singer.

The sign language interpreter is also known as the first performer in American Sign Language of the composition Lift Every Voice and Sing (“Raise all voices and sing”), which is considered the national anthem of African Americans.

“I appreciate the opportunity to make sure that all deaf people can enjoy these songs”, - the girl said in an interview with Make it.

Justina Miles was born in Philadelphia in a family that includes both people with hearing problems and those who are healthy. She herself is considered deaf.

The girl took part in the Deaflympics (for the deaf) in Brazil in 2021-2022, where she won a silver medal in athletics as part of the US women's team. She is currently studying to be a doctor at Bowie State University HBCU.
