The Embassy of USA in Turkmenistan intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for: Vehicle Maintenance and repair.The Embassy is not obligated to purchase any definite amount under this BPA.
BPA may be awarded to company that is technically acceptable, responsible and clearly intend to sell products or services to the U.S.Government at market prices or below.
The Contracting Officer will determine technical acceptability by ensuring that the company is able to comply with the terms of this BPA.

The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit. All prospective offerors are invited to attend (please contact ashgabatsolicitations@state.gov for RSVP no later than February 14, 2024). The conference will be held on February 16, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at: Embassy of the United States of America (New Compound)
Your quotation must be submitted on or before 17:00 PM Ashgabat time on February 26, 2024 in a sealed envelope marked “Quotation PR12288856 Enclosed” to:
