The Embassy of the USA in Turkmenistan invites you to submit quotation for the Tender of Service Packing, Crating and Transportation Services (per attached Terms of Service).The Embassy intends to conclude a tender agreement with the responsible companies submitting an acceptable quotation based on requirements.
We encourage only companies specialized in this field of work, with valid permits to apply for the subject solicitation.The offerors need to prove that they possess the equipment, personnel, packing materials (per attached container specifications) and financial resources needed to perform this work requested within this Tender.
Award will be based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with vendors in the competitive range if there is need to do so.
Vendors should submit quotation on or before 17:00 PM Ashgabat time on November 20, 2023, in a sealed envelope marked “Quotation ASHGA23-T-01 Enclosed” to: Attention: Contracting Officer U.S. Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan 9, 1984 Street (Pushkin Street), Ashgabat, 744000 Turkmenistan
Quotation submitted after the date will not be accepted.
