Subject: Chancery Perimeter Concrete Wall and Metal Fence restoration.
The Embassy of USA in Turkmenistan is inviting potential vendors to submit quotation for the Restoration and painting work of the Chancery Perimeter Concrete Wall (PDF 236KB) and Metal Fence (PDF 260KB) (please see the attachment).
The Embassy intends to award Purchase Order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.Award will be based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is need to do so.
Vendors should submit quotation electronically at AshgabatPROCUREMENT@state.gov on or before August 5, 2022 no later than 5:00 PM local time. Quotation submitted after the date will not be accepted.
