Students of an agricultural university of Turkmenistan participate in online lectures conducted by ASU

Astrakhan State University named after V.N. Tatishchev is conducting a series of joint online lectures, in which students of biological and agricultural fields of the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov participate. Lectures are devoted to the modern system of rationed feeding of farm animals.

As the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age” reports, Astrakhan and Turkmen universities are partners, and the course introduces students to the basic systems of rationed feeding of farm animals, the classification of feed and feed products, as well as the peculiarities of feeding cattle, sheep, and poultry.

Lectures are given by Professor of the Department of Veterinary Medicine, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor Alexander Lozovsky.

Joint classes are aimed at increasing productivity in livestock farming, developing knowledge and skills in standardized feeding of farm animals, the source notes.
