Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of the People’s Council and Mejlis of National Assembly, military and law enforcement agencies, heads of the regions and Ashgabat, ministries and profile departments, public organizations and mass media have gathered at the square in front of Ahalteke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan.

Bay Aýgytly from Ahalteke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan has been announced as the best horse of 2021.Excellent horse, which was born in 2015, is an offspring of Ary and Altynbaş.
Chary Balliyev, who brought up a winner of international contest, received the main prize of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Lexus vehicle, challenge cup and diploma.Performance of the art masters were the final part of the event.
