Teachers and students of a special music school gave a concert

The concert devoted to the incoming of spring was conducted by the teachers and students the Special Music Boarding School at the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kulieva, “Turkmenistan: The Golden Age” edition reports.

The evening was opened by the director of the school, People's Artist of Turkmenistan Berdyniyaz Babaniyazov, performing the national Turkmen song “Hemrahim” with piano accompaniment by teacher Jeyhun Babaev.

During the concert, the participants performed classical music, and also popular pop compositions. The concert featured: “Souvenir Joke” by Igor Frolov, “Oblivion” by Astor Piazzolla, “Waltz” by Grigory Sviridov, “Elegy” by Arno Babajanyan, “Tico-tico” by Abreu, “Gypsy Hungarian” by Apollon Grigoriev, “Elegy” by Sergei Rachmaninov, “Song of Dovran” by Chara Nurymov and others.

The musical evening ended with the composition of Johann Sebastian Bach “Concerto No. 5 in F Minor for two pianos”.
