Teams of Armenia and Turkey played a draw in the qualifying match for Euro 2024 football

The Armenian national football team tied with the Turkish team with a score of 1:1 in the qualifying match for the 2024 European Championship. The meeting took place in the Turkish city of Eskisehir, TASS reports.

As part of the Armenian national team, Artak Dashyan scored the goal (49th minute). Bertug Yildirim (88) scored for the Turkish team.

In another match of Group D, the Croatian national team defeated the Latvian team at home with a score of 5:0.

In Group J, the Portugal team beat the Slovak team with a score of 1:0 on the road.The Portuguese won their fifth victory in five matches, scoring 15 goals and not conceding a single one.

In other matches of this group, the Luxembourg team beat the Icelanders with a score of 3:1, the team of Bosnia and Herzegovina turned out to be stronger than the Liechtenstein team (2:1).

The Spanish national team defeated the Georgian team on the road in the Group A match with a score of 7:1.Striker Alvaro Morata scored a hat-trick for the Spanish national team.

One of the goals was scored by 16-year-old Lamin Yamal, who became the youngest player and goal scorer in the history of the Spanish national team.In another Group A match, the Scottish national team beat the Cyprus team away (3:0) and won their fifth victory in five matches.

The 2024 European Championship will be held in Germany. The top two teams from each qualifying group qualify for the tournament. The remaining participants in the tournament will be determined based on the results of the Nations League playoffs.
