During the Cabinet session held on 19 February Deputy Prime Minister Kerim Durdymyradov presented the design of the textile complex scheduled to be build in Kaakhin etrap of Akhal velayat to be approved by President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov.
The facility will comprise the spinning mill, textile and dyeing plants as well as a garment factory and is envisaged to process 5 thousand tone of fine-stapled cotton, — the state information agency TDH reports.
The President signed the resolution pursuant to which the construction works will be launched in March 2018 and the textile complex is scheduled to be commissioned in March 2021.
It should be mentioned that the Turkish company Cotam Enterprises Ltd will be designing and building the facility.
