The Ashgabat Textile Complex of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan expands production range. Equipment for production of hollow fibre filling and thermal insulation material elastic balls made of polypropylene fibre, has been installed at the facility.
The technology suggested by the Company Ball Fibre Machine allows producing new generation non-weaved fabrics. The hollow fibre is made of hollow twisted synthetic fibre. High level of twisting leads to formation of round polymeric springs due to which the filler has number of advantages as elasticity, anti-allergic feature, absorption, heat resistance, safety for human and environment.
The hollow fibre will be used for production of soft children toys in the sewing department of the Ashgabat Textile Complex. The line is fully automatic. Due to production innovations, the production output will be significantly increased. It is planned to produce more than 200 tons of synthetics per year from local material.
