The Caspian Institute from Astrakhan took part in the International Youth Conference in Ashgabat

Caspian Institute of Marine and River Transport named after Admiral General F.M. Apraksina, located in Astrakhan (Russia), took part in the International scientific and practical conference and exhibition dedicated to the year “Happy youth with Arkadag Serdar” in Ashgabat, writes the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan”.

The director of the institute, Olga Kartashova, expressed deep gratitude for the invitation and noted the unique opportunity for active interaction and exchange of experience between scientists from the two countries.

Deputy Director Maxim Kartashov emphasized the importance of youth development and their preparation for future professional activities. He expressed confidence that the conference will contribute to the intensification of scientific research in the field of youth development.

The head of the scientific research department, Lesya Golovatskaya, proposed scientific cooperation between educational institutions of the two countries. She called the forum an important platform for the exchange of views between young scientists.

The head of the youth policy department, Katerina Guivik-Klenova, spoke about various creative and project associations at the institute. She wished the forum successful work in solving the most important problems of youth development.

Thus, the Caspian Institute demonstrated its active position in supporting youth policy and scientific cooperation between Russia and Turkmenistan at the International Conference in Ashgabat.
