The Consul General of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation (Kazan city) Guych Garayev visited the Kazan National Research Technical University (KNRTU) with a working visit. Here he met with acting Rector of the University Yu.M.Kazakov, as well as the Turkmen students studying at this University.
As the website of the Turkmen Consulate General in Kazan reports, in the conversation with Yu.M.Kazakov, issues of training high qualified personnel for various fields of Turkmenistan were discussed.
G.Garayev noted that many citizens of Turkmenistan study at KNRTU and paid special attention to the discussion of measures to ensure rapid adaptation of students to the new learning environment, and this is a dormitory and timely registration of documents necessary for legal staying on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Moreover, special importance was attached to the active participation of students in the scientific, sports and cultural life of the university.
Then he had a meeting with Turkmen students of KNRTU, during which the Consul General answered their questions.
Currently, more than 1.8 thousand students from Turkmenistan are studying at KNRTU, more than 700 Turkmen citizens have enrolled here this academic year alone.
