The cottage complex in Choganli expands the boundaries

The cottage community in Choganly is replenished with a new residential housing.The settlement of 230 two-storey four-room houses, assembled from prefabricated reinforced concrete panels, produced by Buzmein plant of large-panel housing construction began by the end of March.

Cottages, designed for a single family, are equipped with individual heating systems, connected to utility networks, have a backyard of 0.8 hectares.Mainly local building materials and products of famous foreign manufacturers were used during the construction and decoration of premises.

Earlier in the north of the capital, house builders have already erected about three hundred cottages from the structures made at the plant of large-panel housing construction.In addition, companies - members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan on an area of ​​70 hectares built over 320 two-storey residential buildings that meet high quality standards.

Increased comfort and improved layout of new housing is combined with a high degree of eco-friendliness, autonomy and ruggedness of buildings.Thus, more than 800 cottage-type houses have already been built in Choganli.

Housing construction in the north of the capital will be continued.It is planned to create another cottage settlement, which is make up 300 two-storey houses of improved planning: on the first floor there will be a spacious living room, on the second floor there are two rooms, 0.6 hectares of the adjacent territory are reserved for a backyard.

The construction of houses of this type expands the ability of citizens to choose housing that meets modern requirements and individual preferences of residents.
