The ceremony to present the most prestigious award in world football will take place on October 28 at the Chatelet Theater in Paris, reports uefa.com.
As part of the collaboration announced late last year between UEFA and Groupe Amaury, which owns the media companies France Football and L'Équipe, the location of the gala evening at which the 2024 Ballon d'Or winner will be awarded has been announced.
The ceremony for presenting the 68th most prestigious award will take place on October 28 at the grand Parisian Châtelet Theater, located on the square of the same name on the banks of the Seine.
The Ballon d'Or has been awarded annually by France Football since 1956 and is considered the most prestigious award a footballer can receive in recognition of his outstanding achievements and exceptional talent.
The following awards for the 2023/24 season will be presented at a ceremony in the French capital:
Golden Ball among men
Women's Ballon d'Or
Kop Trophy (best player under 21)
Yashin Trophy (best goalkeeper)
Gerd Müller Trophy (last season's top scorer)
Men's Club of the Year
Women's Club of the Year
Two new awards will also be added to the list of prizes:
Men's Coach of the Year
Women's Coach of the Year
Nominees for this season's awards will be announced on September 4th.
