On October 18, 2024, a unique training course “Attitude towards employees is the basis of a successful business!” will be held in Ashgabat, organized by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the “Women in Business” Community.
The event is aimed at women entrepreneurs, business owners and managers who want to improve their skills in HR management and create effective business systems.
The training will be led by Valentina Grigorieva, an expert with 20 years of experience in consulting. Participants will gain knowledge about attracting and retaining talent, avoiding typical management mistakes and systematizing business processes.
