The Emirates of Abu Dhabi and Dubai lifted anti-COVID ones for tourists from November 8, 2022, reports the Association of Tour Operators of Russia.
All passengers arriving in Dubai or Abu Dhabi are no longer required to present a COVID‑19 vaccination certificate or undergo PCR tests.
Passengers traveling from or through Dubai are only required to comply with transit and travel requirements to their final destination.
It is expected that similar decisions to lift anti-COVID restrictions will also be made in other emirates of the country.
The mask regime in the UAE was officially canceled on September 28, 2022.
