Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov sent a congratulatory letter to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the New Year 2024, TDH reports.
In his message, Beglov noted that in 2023 the parties had done a lot to strengthen bilateral cooperation. The existing atmosphere of friendship and active dialogue, according to him, became the basis for achieving high results in joint work.
The governor expressed confidence that new significant events and projects await the country ahead. He wished the President of Turkmenistan good health, energy, optimism and success in all his endeavors.
