By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Minister of Defence of Turkmenistan, Head of the General Department of Civil Defence and Rescue Works of the Military of Defence of Turkmenistan Dovran Durdiyev was reprimanded for unsatisfactory fulfilment of duties, late measures for organization of necessary works related to the prevention of the mud stream.
