The issue of developing a “road map” between the academies of sciences of Russia and Turkmenistan was discussed

Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Moscow E.M. Aydogdyev and President of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAN) G.Ya. Krasnikov held a meeting during which issues of full use of the great potential and prospects for the development of relations between the academies of sciences of the two countries were discussed.

G. Krasnikov noted the need to restore partnerships between scientific institutions of the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan and the readiness of the Russian Academy of Sciences to increase interaction in this area.

The parties agreed on the advisability of preparing and signing a “road map” on the issue of intensifying previously signed bilateral agreements, as well as on developing cooperation in the field of nanotechnology, biotechnology, chemical technology, agriculture, water use, ecology and biosafety, as well as other scientific fields, of mutual interest, according to the website of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation.
