Top-up an account is now possible with plastic card "Altyn Asyr". The specialists of the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan together with the national mobile operator “Altyn Asyr” JSC (TMCELL) developed and implemented this kind of services on account.
In order to top-up an account is not necessary go the terminal now. The application “TMCELL Töleg”, developed and implemented by national experts, was launched on the eve of Ashgabat Day.
The application allows subscribers of "Altyn Asyr ÝGPJ" commission free to top-up an account in online regime, that is, use the bankcard as an electronic cash.
To make the application work you need to do the following.First, activate the SMS notification service.If the phone with the operating system Android - download the application "TMCELL Töleg" in the Play Market, if the operating system iOS - use the Apple Store.
After the "registration form" opens in the application, enter the phone number and click the "Next" button.You get SMS with a confirmation code.
After successful registration, go to the section "My cards" and enter information about your plastic card "Altyn Asyr". Click Add Card. In the "Refill" section - enter the mobile phone number, payment amount and select the card. Click "Next". Wait for the sms with the code, enter it and click "Confirm".
You can check the payment status in the "Stories" section and in the "Settings" section - change the display language and set the password for application locking.
The introduction of the “TMCELL Töleg” application is the first step towards the use of mobile services for various payments - for utilities, payment for purchases and money transfers.Experts believe that the share of mobile payments in the total volume of electronic payment systems will increase.
