1.The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan announced the selection for study at higher educational institutions of Romania under the program of higher professional education (bachelor's and master's) for the 2023-2024 academic year.
Acceptance of documents from citizens of Turkmenistan with general secondary, secondary vocational and higher education is carried out from July 10 to 20 at the Magtymguly Turkmen State University.
2. Starting from July 16, “Turkmen Airlines” will carry out cargo transportation to Milan and Shenzhen. Flights will be operated once a week by an Airbus A330-200 P2F cargo aircraft.
3. The Ministry of Trade of Türkiye has published the amount of projects implemented by Turkish contractors in Turkmenistan. According to the report, Turkish construction companies have implemented projects in Turkmenistan worth more than 50 billion USD. Other major markets for Turkish contractors are Russia, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia and Algeria.
4. A delegation of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan held talks in Tokyo with representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and the Ministry of Finance of this country. During the talks, the parties discussed issues related to the development of new documents between Turkmenistan and Japan in the financial and economic sphere.
5.President Serdar Berdimuhamedov dismissed Annageldi Yazmyradov, Deputy Prime Minister for Agro-Industrial Complex, for health reasons.The relevant Decree was signed by the head of Turkmenistan on Friday during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
By the Decree of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Yazmyradov was also dismissed from the post of member of the Board of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea from Turkmenistan.

6.The sunken Phoenician ship was discovered by Spanish underwater archaeologists in the southeastern region of Murcia.The age of the vessel was estimated at 2500 years.
According to historians, the ship was built around 580 BC.Its study will permit a better understanding of the construction technologies of the Levant, a historical region that covered countries in the eastern Mediterranean, as well as the trading practices of the Phoenicians.
The ship, about eight meters long, is located 60 meters from the Spanish beach in Mazarron.
7.The world's first huge spherical screen appeared in Las Vegas, surrounding the city's concert venue for 18 thousand spectators.The sphere is 158 meters in diameter and 111,5 meters high.
It is the largest spherical building in the world.The screen consists of more than 1 million LEDs the size of a hockey puck.The creation of the screen cost 2,3 billion USD.

8.Turkmen racers take part in the 13th edition of the international rally-raid “Silk Way”-2023, which started on Thursday in Kazan.Merdan and Shohrat Toylyevs, Maksatmyrat Danatarov, Didar Orazmedov, Begench Annayev, Muhametmyrat Gurbanov, Suleyman Annamammedov and Parahat Garlyev spoke on behalf of the Automobile Sports Federation of Turkmenistan.
The route of the race runs through the territory of 13 regions of Russia.Participants will have to cover more than 5 thousand kilometers of distance, and then finish on July 15 at the walls of the Moscow Kremlin.
9.The national team of Turkmenistan in kurash wrestling is holding a training camp in the Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan.The training camp started in early July and will last until the middle of the month.
In the second half of July, the team of Turkmenistan will take part in the international tournament, which will be held in Kyrgyzstan.
