The twenty four-store residential buildings with spacious 2- and 3-room apartments of improved planning build up the first stage of the new residential area. The shopping center and a comprehensive school will be built nearby.
The playground for various sports activities, children's play areas, a place for family events and sadaka, parking places will be on the building surrounding grounds.The construction of the first stage of the residential area is scheduled to be completed in 2021.
