Turkmentelecom has developed the software for work of national e-mail and has started its testing. And experts of the Joint-Stock Company Altyn Asyr have started the first national system of exchange of online messages the program of a messenger and its mobile application in the country.
It was informed on it at the session of the Turkmen government which was held on Thursday in the format of a videoconference. According to Vice-premier Bayramgeldi Ovezov, the question on names for national service of e-mail and the new application for exchange of messages is now decided.
The concept of messenger for a long time already is not connected only with exchange of text messages. Modern messengers have already became the high-grade communication centres which besides an exchange of messages realise voice and video communication, file exchange, web conferences.
