The IV International Festival “Theatrical Art of the Happy Era” starts today in Turkmenistan. On this occasion, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov addressed congratulations to the festival participants.

In recent years, cultural and humanitarian ties between friendly peoples have been enriched with positive experience and new content. The holding of the current festival is of great importance for the development of friendly relations between fraternal peoples.
