President, Supreme Commander of the Armed forces of Turkmenistan signed the Order, which decided the following: To appoint Babageldy Babayev, the attorney of the second class as the Prosecutor of Turkmenbashy for control of the fulfilment of laws in penitentiary facilities; To appoint Myratsyl Myratgeldiyev, the attorney of the first class, as the Prosecutor of Mary for control of laws in penitentiary facilities; To release junior counsellor of justice Batyr Suvkhanov from the post of the Prosecutor of Turkmenbashy for control of the fulfilment of laws in penitentiary facilities due the expiry of the terms of service; To release junior counsellor of justice Ylham Sultanov from the post post of the Prosecutor of Mary for control of the fulfilment of laws in penitentiary facilities due the expiry of the terms of service.
