1. At the beginning of 2023, the visit of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the Republic of Türkiye is planned. This was stated by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu at a press conference following talks with Turkmen Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov in Ankara.
2. Turkmenistan provided another humanitarian aid to Afghanistan by repairing the House of Health in Garamgol district of Faryab province and donating a batch of medicines and medical equipment. Turkmenistan was represented at the festival by the winner of the Grand Prix of the youth contest “Star of the Year-2017” Ahmet Atajanov.He performed the song World-Live-Peace.
5.An exhibition of Turkmen photographer Vyacheslav Sargsyan has opened in the Solzhenitsyn House of Russian Abroad in Moscow.The exhibition is called “The World through the Eyes of Compatriots”, and more than 30 works of the photographer are presented here, which acquaint visitors with the Turkmen people - open and friendly people, as well as with the original details of the national color, customs and traditions.
The exhibition is organized by the House of Russian Abroad and the Creative Union “Photo Art” and will run until January 29, 2023.
6.A gala concert was held at the Mukams Palace of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan within the framework of the international festival “National song and music art in the heritage of the peoples of the world”.
Delegations from Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Russia, Turkey and Uzbekistan arrived in Ashgabat to participate in the forum.The concert program included unique samples of the original folk musical and singing traditions of the countries participating in the festival.

9.Representative of Turkmenistan Aziza Kurbanova won a bronze medal at the World Kurash Championship.The competitions were held in the Indian city of Pune, wrestlers from 60 countries took part in the championship.
The 2nd year student of the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports managed to win a bronze medal in the weight category up to 78 kilograms following the results of the tournament.
10. Five medals were won by Turkmen sportsmen at the international open Muay Thai Antalya Cup 2022 in Türkiye. Turkmen Thai boxers won 1 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze medals. Competitions in Türkiye brought together 756 fighters from 32 countries. Turkmenistan was represented by 9 athletes.
