Turkmenistan Airlines has increased the number of flights on the Ashgabat Istanbul route since January 2023. Now flights in the Turkish direction will be carried out not 4, but 5 times a week, the information service of the Ashgabat International Airport reports.

According to the schedule, the Turkmen air carrier operates regular flights from Ashgabat to Istanbul on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Recall that a Turkish airline also flies in the Turkmenistan-Turkey direction. Turkish Airlines operates 6 flights a week 4 flights on the route Istanbul Ashgabat (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday) and 2 times Istanbul Turkmenbashi (Tuesday, Thursday).

In total, two air carriers operate 11 regular flights a week from Turkmenistan to Turkey.
