The UAE launched an online platform with explanations of all laws

The UAE government has unveiled a new online platform designed to make the country's legal system more accessible and understandable to everyone. The website uaelegislation.gov.ae provides complete explanations of all laws and regulations in force in the country in English and Arabic. This was reported by russianemirates.com.

The platform was unveiled on February 5 following a UAE Cabinet meeting chaired by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

Sheikh Mohammed noted: “Today we launched the UAE Legislative Platform, an integrated system that includes all federal laws, decrees, regulations and decisions issued in the country since the founding of the Union in 1971.

Specialists and experts will be able to express their opinions on existing legislation and take part in the process of developing laws by making suggestions and comments”.

Thanks to a developed search system, the platform permits you to quickly and easily find the law you are interested in. Users can also track changes in legislation and receive notifications when new laws are passed.
