1.Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov will go on a two-day working visit to the Republic of Tajikistan, during which the head of Turkmenistan will take part in the fifth Consultative Meeting of the Leaders of Central Asian Countries and the next meeting of the Council of Heads of Founding States of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea.
2. “Turkmenistan” Airlines invites flight attendants to initial training.The training will be held on a paid basis for 3 months and will include theoretical and practical classes.

3.Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov took part in a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of Central Asian countries.The heads of foreign affairs agencies expressed confidence that the upcoming meeting of the heads of Central Asian states in Dushanbe will be of great importance in achieving concrete results.
In recent years, the countries of the Central Asian region have been implementing significant and large-scale measures aimed at supporting sustainable socio-economic and environmental development, creating an innovative industry and developing transport infrastructure.
4.The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan has approved the procedure for issuing certificates of study in educational institutions to persons who have not completed a certain level of education, who have not taken part in the final state exam, or who have shown unsatisfactory results in the final state exam.
In accordance with the new order published on the website of the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan, samples of certificates of incomplete education in general education institutions, vocational schools, secondary vocational schools and higher educational institutions have been approved.
5. A ceremony to commission three classrooms for teaching the Japanese language was held at the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages. The classrooms were renovated within the framework of a Japanese Government project. Ambassador Yamamoto Hiroyuki took part in the ceremony.

6.A pilaf festival will be held in Dushanbe on September 14-15, timed to celebrate the independence of Tajikistan.The festival will also feature an exhibition of national dishes dedicated to fruits and vegetables grown in Tajikistan.
The event will be held in the Firdavsi Park of Culture and Recreation.Dehkans and farmers from cities and regions of the country are invited to the festival, who will present their agricultural products and folk crafts.
7.An exhibition of works by contemporary Iranian masters opened at the State Museum of the History of Religion in St.Petersburg.The exhibition, which brought together about 100 exhibits, presented paintings, ceramics, and embroidery by artisans.
The exhibits were provided by the cultural center at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.They were made using traditional Iranian techniques.Visitors to the exhibition can get acquainted with the types of decorative and applied arts of the Iranian people dating back more than a thousand years.
8.American speleologist and deep rescue instructor Mark Dickey was rescued from the cave two weeks later.A man spent many hours at the bottom of one of Türkiye’s deepest caves with intestinal bleeding and waiting for help.
More than 180 people took part in the rescue operation - volunteers from eight countries, as well as representatives of the Türkiye’s Disaster and Emergency Management Authority.

9.The press service of the Hong Kong “Kitchee” team shared a team photo for the 2023/24 season.The team photo includes midfielder of the Turkmenistan national team Ruslan Mingazov, who was recognized as the best player in the Hong Kong championship at the end of last season.

10. A FIFA seminar for futsal referees, organized by the Football Federation of Turkmenistan, is taking place in Ashgabat. The seminar will be held from September 12 to 16 and will be dedicated to improving the qualifications of judges, their physical training and improving the quality of refereeing. In addition, the judges will pass FIFA physical training standards.
11. “Manchester City” head coach Josep Guardiola, who underwent surgery, returned to work with the team.The Spanish coach underwent planned back surgery in Barcelona on August 22, after which he was recovering in a medical center.
During Guardiola's absence, his duties were performed by assistant Juan Lillo. “Manchester City”, under the leadership of Guardiola, won the Champions League last season, and also became the champion and winner of the FA Cup.
At the end of August, he was recognized as the coach of the 2022/23 season according to the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA).
