The winners of the 76th Cannes Film Festival 2023 have become known, reported “Argumenty i Fakty”.
21 works were presented to the jury. The Grand Prix of the festival was awarded to the British director Jonathan Glaser for the film “Zone of Interest”, based on the novel by Martin Amis about the family of the commandant of Auschwitz.
The best film and the winner of the Palme d'Or was the work of director Justine Triet “Trajectory of the Fall” - a detective story about a writer accused of killing her husband.
