The world's first 6G antenna has been developed

Scientists have created the world's first 6G antenna. The main feature of the antenna is that it provides unprecedented data transmission speeds, several thousand times higher than 5G capabilities.

One of the promising applications of 6G will be the creation of realistic holograms for communication between people. Imagine video calls where you can not only see the person you are talking to, but also feel their presence thanks to the 3D image.

6G specifications are expected to be approved in 2028. Commercial implementation of this technology will be possible after 2030. Rambler reports this with reference to the IEEE Open Journal of Antennas and Propagation.
