Thursday Trades on Turkmen Commodity Exchange: Aviation Kerosene, Iodine, Yarn

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) registered deals for the export of aviation kerosene, iodine and yarn during the Thursday trades.

A company from the UAE bought 3 thousand tons of Jet A-1 aviation kerosene worth more than $2.44 million at a price of $814 per ton, according to the SCRMET.

Moreover, the Chinese businesses procured 25 tons of technical iodine of grade "A" at a price of $62.5 thousand per ton. The total value of the transaction amounted to more than $1.56 million.

Irish company has bought 12.6 thousand kilograms of yarn worth over $27 thousand.

Furthermore, Turkish business purchased 8.4 thousand kilograms of yarn worth 100 thousand manats. The total value of the transaction amounted to 262.5 thousand manats.

Last week, the total amount of transactions concluded in foreign currency at the auctions of the SCRMET amounted to more than $83.56 million.
