Toyota Holds Presentation of Land Cruiser 300 in Ashgabat

Toyota Central Asia, the official dealer of the Japanese auto giant, on Thursday in Turkmenistan’s capital of Ashgabat presented a new Toyota Land Cruiser 300 SUV, the Ashgabat-based ORIENT news outlet reports.

The new Land Cruiser cabin features a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 9-inch digital instrument cluster, an entertainment system for second-row passengers, a 360-degree camera, a wireless charger for smartphones, ventilation for all seats, rear view camera with washer, USB ports and much more.

The new model also has a fingerprint reader built into the start-stop button designed to minimize the likelihood of theft. The car can store several options, allowing not only to start the engine, but also to restore the settings saved for the profile of a particular driver.

New cars that arrived in Turkmenistan are adapted to the local climate conditions. The importing country is also indicated on the auto data label placed on the windshield of the car.

Toyota celebrates the 70th anniversary of the Land Cruiser this year. Since its launch in 1951, more than 10 million of Land Cruiser cars have been sold all over the world.

Toyota Central Asia is the exclusive distributor of Toyota products in Central Asia. There are two Toyota Central Asia dealers in Turkmenistan Garagum Ulag and Beýik Ýüpek Ýoly.
