Tuesday Export Trades at Turkmen Commodity Exchange: Aviation Kerosene

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) during Tuesday trades registered 4 deals worth a total of more than $19.53 million for the procurement of TC-1 aviation kerosene.

Businesses from the United Arab Emirates, Malta and Afghanistan purchased a total 14.6 thousand tons of the aviation kerosene. The price for a ton of the fuel amounted to $810.5, according to the SCRMET.

The aviation kerosene that was sold during the trades was produced at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries in the Balkan province of Turkmenistan.

Last week, the total amount of transactions concluded in foreign currency at the auctions of the SCRMET amounted to more than $22.37 million.

Established in 1994, the SCRMET is the main body regulating export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
