Tuesday Export Trades in Turkmen Commodity Exchange Hit $16.5 Million

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) during Tuesday trades registered deals worth $16.5 million for the procurement of liquefied gas and jet fuel.

Businessmen from Türkiye, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and Pakistan purchased 42 thousand tons of liquefied gas. The total cost of the deals is $15.8 million, the SCRMET announced on Wednesday.

In addition, Singaporean business bought 1 thousand tons of jet fuel TC-1, which costed $753.5 thousand.

Last week the total amount of transactions in foreign currency at the auctions of the SCRMET amounted to $4.76 million.
