Turkmen Antifreeze Producer Targets Uzbek Market

Turkmen company Begenç is negotiating with businesses from Uzbekistan to export its antifreeze products, the major business union of the country Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET) reported on Friday.

Begenç company, located in Vekilbazar district of the country’s Mary province, started the production of antifreeze in 2018. Local and foreign raw materials are used in the production of the fluids.

According to the report, antifreeze designed for cars is packaged in 1-, 3-, 5-, 20- and 230 kg containers. Antifreeze produced under trademarks Garjagaz and Atlantik is suitable not only for automobiles, but also for the oil-gas industry.

The company, equipped with modern machinery from China and Iran, has the capacity to produce up to 150 tons of the products per day.

According to Shohrat Begov, chemical engineer and technologist of the enterprise, in addition to the production of antifreeze liquid, the enterprise produces detergents, bleaches, disinfectants, dishwashing agents, liquid soaps and shampoos under its Ak Guw brand.
