Turkmen athletes are performing successfully at the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship taking place in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand.The competitions are being held at the Indoor Stadium Huamark sports complex.The championship is organized by the Ju-Jitsu International Federation (JJIF) and features competitions in “newaza,” “fighting,” and “duo” categories.
Turkmen jiu-jitsu athletes, competing in various weight and age groups, have already won several gold, silver, and bronze medals.These achievements have further enhanced the international reputation of Turkmen athletes.
The results of Turkmenistan’s national jiu-jitsu team are seen as a reflection of the country’s effective sports programs and ongoing efforts to develop athletic talent.
