Turkmen delegates attended the meeting of international participants of EXPO 2025 in Japan

The delegation of Turkmenistan, headed by the Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations B. Gochmollaev, was in Japan from June 25 to 26 to participate in the meeting of international participants of the World Exhibition EXPO-2025. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reports this.

The meeting was dedicated to preparations for the upcoming large-scale event, which will be held next year in Osaka. The main topics of the meeting were organizational aspects of the exhibition, including the preparation of national pavilions and event planning.

During their stay in the land of the rising sun, members of the Turkmen delegation met with the Deputy Secretary General of the World Exhibition Association of Japan EXPO 2025 Ichinoki Manatsu.

The parties discussed the construction and preparation of the Turkmenistan pavilion, as well as upcoming plans and tasks related to the organization of the exhibition.The Japanese side expressed gratitude to Turkmenistan for the effective organization of work and completion of all tasks on time, noting the high level of the country’s preparation for participation in EXPO 2025.

Turkmen representatives also visited the site of the upcoming exhibition, located on the island of Yumeshima, and got acquainted with the progress of construction of the National Pavilion of Turkmenistan, the source notes.
