Turkmen Entrepreneur Launches Production of Ak Çeşme Butter

The facility owned by Berdimuhammet Charyyev, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, has commenced the production of butter under the brand name Ak Çeşme.

The production of this new type of butter began in March of this year and has been introduced to retail outlets across the country, a company representative informed Business Turkmenistan online publication in an interview at an exhibition commemorating the 16th anniversary of the establishment of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, held from March 17-19, 2024.

Situated in the agricultural association Täze Durmuş in the Bayramaly district of the Mary province, the enterprise produces Ak Çeşme butter in two weight variants. In addition to butter, the facility also manufactures over 20 types of processed milk and dairy products, including various types of cottage cheese, curd, sour cream, clarified butter, kefir, cheese, ayran, and yogurt.

The facility is equipped with advanced Chinese technology, enabling the daily production of tons of milk and dairy products.
