The individual enterprise "Ak Sili", located in Mary region, specializes in production of reagents used in power engineering, oil and gas production, chemical, medical, food and other industries. Since December last year, entrepreneurs produced more than two hundred tons of technical hydrochloric acid. Mary and Seydi state district power stations, Turkmenbashi thermal power station, sell the major part.
Hydrochloric acid in the enterprise becomes from local raw materials - bischofite - a mineral found in large quantities in the deposits of Garabogazgol Bay. The company’s specialists on their own prepared the equipment necessary for the production of the reagent.
The technical regulation for the production of acid was prepared together with scientists from the Institute of Chemistry of the AST.Recently, chemists especially for “Ak Sili” developed a technology for the production (based on hydrochloric acid) of a washing solution to remove salt and iron oxide deposits from the surfaces of heat exchange and heating equipment used in power engineering and other industries.
In addition, it is able to remove limescale on marble, granite and other surfaces, and is used to treat the bottomhole zone of oil wells.The reagent was purchased abroad until recently.
