Turkmen Grain Mill Processes Over 19 Thousand Tons of Wheat

The mill complex of the Balkangallaönümleri Production Association in the Sarp village of Balkan velayat’s Serdar etrap processed 19,592 tons of wheat in 2020.

According to Neytralnyi Turkmenistan newspaper’s Wednesday report, the plant also produced more than 5 thousand tons of bran, which is widely used as a livestock feed.

The mill complex with a storage capacity of 50 thousand tons of grain is designed to produce 20.95 tons of flour annually. The production workshops of the enterprise include an ACS - an automatic control system and computer technology from leading manufacturers, which makes it possible to produce high-quality, environmentally friendly flour.

The enterprise also has a production workshop, a power plant, a water treatment plant, a grain loading/unloading department and three special scales for weighing grain.

The enterprise, owned by the Balkangallaönümleri Production Association of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, was commissioned in 2014.
