Turkmen masters of kurash won eight medals at the Asian Championship in China

Eight medals - one silver and seven bronze - were won by Turkmen athletes at the Asian Kurash Championship, which was held in Hangzhou (PRC).

Silver medal in the team of Turkmenistan was awarded to Ayshirin Haydarova (weight category up to 48 kg), and bronze medals were given to Shamuhammet Kurbanov (up to 66 kg), Shatlyk Jumaniyazov (up to 73 kg), Ishanmurad Ataev (up to 90 kg), Shatlyk Toraev (up to 100 kg) , Tejen Tejenov (up to 100 kg), Aynur Amanova (up to 52 kg) and Jahan Muhammedova (up to 87 kg).

More than 100 athletes from 20 countries took part in the Asian Championship in Hangzhou.
