
Citizens of Turkmenistan will need to get vaccination for COVID-19 and to face a number of other preventive actions to go Avaza national tourist zone for holidays.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was reported by Minister of Health and Medical Industry N.Amannepesov on the temporary procedure of recreation in the main resort of the country at the working meeting on Monday.
The inoculation for coronavirus in the resort season can be made in health homes at the place of residence. After that holiday-makers will be issued the certificate which confirms the test for COVID-19 within 72 hours.
In the period of restrictions citizens should also obtain a permit for departure for holidays in the State Migration Service. In Avaza the interdepartmental control centre which will supervise the flows of holidaymakers through the check-point will be established.
After arrival in the resort at the airport, at railway and bus stations holidaymakers will be meet by the specialised hotel transport. It will transport guests back after end of the period of recreation.
All the personnel of hotels in the tourist zone will also have to undergo medical examination, to take the test on COVID-19 and get inoculation. Moreover workers of the resort will be replaced once in 15 days. After each change all will take again tests on coronavirus.
This summer, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, Ministry of Health and Medical Industry, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, State Migration Service, local administration, “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Agency will be involved in the organization of recreation services for Turkmen nationals in Avaza.
The summer season for holidaymakers in Avaza national tourist zone will start on June 1 and will last till September 15. In the first half of June hotels and cottages will be filled by half by holidaymakers and then, taking into account favourable epidemiological conditions, the areas will be expanded.
The summer holiday for children in Avaza national tourist zone and in health -entertaining camps in all the territory of Turkmenistan will last from June 2 to August 26. Workers of children’s health centres should take obligatory vaccination for coronavirus.
